Administrative Officer

-Provide management advisory services on problems or issues which encompass substantive administrative services.-Analyze administrative methods, procedures, and practices as they relate to organizational needs to ensure effective and satisfactory administrative operations. -Develop and execute a human resource management program. -Coordinate, prepare, and implement the programming and budgeting requirements; manage the training, travel and bank card programs.-Manage a full range of property and procurement activities, records management, budget, information technology services, fleet management, and administrative support services.-Oversee and direct the operations and activities of employees carrying out the work of the Administrative Support Group. MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
GS-12:
1 year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-11 level in the Federal service.DEFINITION OF SPECIALIZED
Experience:
To meet specialized experience, your resume must describe experience that demonstrates the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities as follows:
GS-12:
Experience providing advisory services in human resources management and experience in at least one of the following administrative programs:
information resources management, budget, repayment, records management, OR contracting (property or procurement).

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
